Free Initial Consultations
The first assessment is a free service for new clients. I offer up to 30 minutes for us to get to know each other. This is a great time for me to learn about what you are looking to address in coaching services. If you have questions about fees, my experience, and approach, this would be the perfect space for you to ask without concern of financial or time commitments.
Grief Recovery Method ®
It is important that our clients understand Grief Recovery Methods® is not grief counseling. We are not Therapists. We are Coaches. We teach a tool to work through Grief.
Definition of Grief: The conflicting feelings caused by the end of, or change in, a familiar pattern of behavior. Examples: Death; End of a relationship; Retirement; Moving; Change in health status; Change in financial status, etc. Everyone experiences grief. It is a natural and normal reaction to change. Although grief is natural and a normal reaction to change, most people do not have the healthy skill set to deal effectively with grief. The inability to deal with grief appropriately, results in UNRESOLVED GRIEF.
Definition of Unresolved Grief: Things we wish we’d said or done differently, better, or more. In other words: Situations we wish, “We should have, could have, would have, done differently.” Our goal at The Heart of What Matters is to utilize the tools outlined in Grief Recovery Methods® to bring our clients to “Completeness”.
Definition of Completeness: It is the ability to deliver emotional communication that was previously never given, was never heard, and/or a need to state it again. Completeness is the ability to say goodbye to pain, which may be limiting us from fond memories, and say goodbye to any unmet hopes, dreams, and expectations about the future. We believe Grief Recovery Methods® is the preferred first step in dealing with the Self: The Heart of What Matters. Grief Recovery Methods® tills the soil of the emotions. It brings to the surface what is lying dormant in the subconscious. The undercurrent, which is causing you to react to situations, rather than allowing you respond from the heart with truth.
F.R.E.S.H. Awareness Workshop™
The workshop is a safe environment to practice new skill sets. The purpose of the workshop is to help clients reach their highest potential, by revealing hidden patterns and cycles.
The F.R.E.S.H. Awareness Workshop™ was born as the brain child of Mikki Wade’s True Reality, Inc. It is an intense, two day, “active learning” workshop.
Definition of “Active learning”: The process of clients purposefully utilizing new tools, while learning, participating, and collaborating with each other.
The workshop is a safe environment to practice new skill sets. The purpose of the workshop is to help clients reach their highest potential, by revealing hidden patterns and cycles. These hidden patterns and cycles are what keep us stuck in “routine” life.
“Patterns and Cycles” affect every area of our lives: Finances, Relationships, Emotions, Spirituality, and Health.
The goal of the Fresh Awareness Workshop™ is to teach life tools, which brings the subconscious mind in to present day reality. These tools allow clients to make conscious choices with clarity, so they can reach their highest potential.
In closing: The Fresh Awareness Workshop™ deals with the uniqueness of an individual’s HEART! At The Heart of What Matters, I believe Fresh Awareness Workshop™ is the preferred Second Step in Reaching your Designed Potential.
